I am hiring a digital illustrator to do the cover image of a children’s book for ages 8-12, historic non-fiction that can have it done in a few days.

This is my concept sketch for the cover.

I need someone who can do one that is in a realistic style. Please no cartoons, anime, manga, and similar.

I have a digital sketch to follow as guide and cover format from another book that can help.
